    I hosted a event there back in February of this year. The entire process from booking the venue to set up was completely easy. I booked the social room which holds up to 120 ppl. A week before my event I called the venue to give them the count of how many ppl would be attending and how many tables (and type of tables) I would need. Needless to say when the decorators arrived on the day of the event everything was setup perfectly. They didn t have to do any rearranging whatsoever. The kitchen area was useful which contains a ice machine, refrigerator (forgive me I can t recall if there was a freezer as well), double sink, counter top space, as well as plenty of trash cans with trash bags. Also the restrooms are located on the same level as the social room in the back which was convenient for guest. I m not one to host events however if I had to host another one I would definitely utilize Kahler Hall as my venue. They return your deposit a few days later without you having to call them to ask. The entire process for me was wonderful and my event was a big success.
